“WE ARE GOD’S CO-WORKERS. YOU ARE GOD’S FIELD.” [1 Corinthians 3:9]
My understanding of the calling of God is that my life and ministry are not separate – they are one. Therefore, our personal cost of living and the cost of the work of ministry are not separate – they both come out of the same “pot”, so to speak.
As an Apostolic Missionary to the Body of Christ and Elder in the City Ekklesia, in our attempt to cover the cost of our simple lifestyle through our only source of income –THE GIFT AND SUPPORT OF THE SAINTS.
In the exercise of our ministry, my wife and I do not work for, nor receive support from any church denomination or religious organization. We look solely to the Lord and trust in His provision through His people.
Just one of the ways we give to the Lord is to absorb the cost of making our ministry resources “freely” available to people. In return, we “freely” welcome and accept contributions. The prices on our materials are essentially the costs we pay for printing them
WE OPERATE ON THE LORD’S PRINCIPLE:
We place the highest value on what we have freely received from the Lord
– it’s “priceless”. “Freely you have received; freely give.” (Matthew 10:28)
WE UNDERSTAND THIS TO MEAN:
- All receivers should also be givers. And all givers should be receivers. (1 Corinthians 9:11)
- Therefore, we freely give you what we have freely received from the Lord. (John 3:27 & 1 Corinthians 4:7)
- In return, we “freely” receive contributions. “God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
Our ministry resources are primarily in the form of written/recorded, published and distributed teachings and messages, as well as an intensive correspondence ministry.
We make our ministry resources freely available to many people who are not able to make contributions because of their poverty and/or because of restrictions on the transfer of funds out of their countries. In doing this we are utterly dependent upon the Lord and those of His people who can contribute to support the distribution of these ministry resources. Practically speaking, the only contributions we can easily receive for ministry resources are from individuals in Nigeria.
Our desire is simply to see the Word of Christ multiply, as God gives the increase. (1 Corinthians 3:6)
If you have tasted of the goodness of the Lord through this ministry and believe that it is beneficially serving the Cause of Christ in this age, your contributions toward the support of the work of ministry would be appreciated with all sincerity and allocated with all integrity.
We hope to grow friendships with those who partner with us. We would love to carry on correspondence with you and participate in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, sharing life with one another. So please feel free to correspond with us.
Thank you!
